Sharing Information

By using Pages and Articles, you can turn your team's profile into a central hub for all relevant information, beyond just scores and schedules.

Example Uses

  • Player Handbook: Outline team expectations, conduct rules, and attendance policies.
  • Travel Info: Post hotel details, carpooling arrangements, and restaurant recommendations for away games.
  • Fundraising: Share details about upcoming events, goal progress, and how to donate.
  • Team History: Create a legacy page with past season summaries and alumni news.

How to Create a New Page

  1. Navigate to Team Home
    Go to your team's home page.

  2. Open More Menu
    Click the More dropdown in the navigation bar.

  3. Add Page
    Click the add_circle Add Page option.

  4. Save Title
    Enter a title for your page and click SAVE. Your new page will now appear in the More dropdown.

How to Add Articles to a Page

  1. Open Your Page
    Select your newly created page from the More dropdown.

  2. Add Articles
    Click the Add Articles button at the top of the page.

  3. Enter Content
    Add a title, description, and optionally an image or a link to external resources.

  4. Save
    Click SAVE to publish. You can easily edit or reorder articles later using the administrator icons.

For quick updates like practice cancellations or game reminders, add articles directly to your Team Home page's Latest News section!

Content Control

As an administrator, you have full control over the order and visibility of your content. Use the Edit and Arrow icons on each article to keep your pages organized.
